Bajaj Holdings Q4 Results Update

On 28th April 2022, Bajaj Holdings announced its quarterly results for the last quarter of FY2022.

Q4FY22:

- The company has reported a total income of Rs.105.35 crores in Q4FY22, as compared to Rs. 110.13 crores in Q3FY22.

- The company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1105.39 crores in Q4FY22, as against a net profit of Rs. 1040.16 crores in Q3FY22.

- The company has reported an EPS of Rs. 99.3 for the period ended March 31, 2022, as compared to Rs. 93.5 for the period ended December 31, 2021.

- For Q4FY22, the company has reported a total income of Rs. 105.35 crores as compared to Rs.112.41 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021.

- The company has posted a net profit of Rs.1105.39 crores for the period ended March 31, 2022, as against net profit / (loss) of Rs.948.98 crores for the period ended March 31, 2021.

- The company has reported EPS of Rs.99.3 for the period ended March 31, 2022, as compared to Rs.85.3 for the period ended March 31, 2021.

FY22:

- The company has reported a total income of Rs.486.51 crores during FY22, as compared to Rs.463.07 crores during FY21.

- The company has posted a net profit / (loss) of Rs.4055.68 crores for FY22, as against net profit / (loss) of Rs.3649.83 crores for FY21.

- The company has reported EPS of Rs.364.4 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, as compared to Rs.327.9 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

An interim dividend of  Rs.90 per equity share (900%) was declared on 17 September 2021 and paid on 11 October 2021. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs.25 per equity share (250%), subject to the approval of shareholders.

Shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited were the last trading in BSE at Rs. 5522.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5364.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3074 in over 854 trades.
