Primary Market Activity Picks Up With Nine IPOs Opening This Week

India’s primary market is set for a busy week beginning June 22, with nine companies scheduled to launch initial public offerings and six firms preparing to list on stock exchanges. The upcoming issues together target raising ₹1,159.2 crore, with mainboard offerings accounting for ₹896 crore. The activity comes amid improving sentiment in equities after recent stability in benchmark indices.

Three Mainboard IPOs To Hit The Market

Domestic cruise operator Waterways Leisure Tourism will kick off the week’s mainboard issuances on June 23. The company plans to raise ₹585 crore through a fresh issue, with the price band fixed at ₹769-808 per share. The offer will close on June 25.

Jewellery manufacturer Advit Jewels will also open its ₹165-crore public issue on June 23. The Jaipur-based company has set a price band of ₹130-138 per share for its entirely fresh issue of 1.19 crore shares. Subscription closes on June 25.

IT services provider CSM Technologies will launch the third mainboard issue on June 24. The company aims to raise ₹146 crore through a fresh issue of 1.29 crore shares, priced in the ₹107-113 range.

Six SME Issues Scheduled

The SME segment will witness six offerings seeking a combined ₹263.3 crore. Jivial Industries and Shreedhar Spinners will open their issues on June 23. Jivial Industries plans to mobilise nearly ₹32 crore at a fixed price of ₹196 per share, while Shreedhar Spinners seeks ₹30.7 crore with a price band of ₹51-53.

Sri Priyanka Geo Commex and Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds will begin subscriptions on June 24. The former intends to raise ₹94.5 crore with shares priced between ₹207 and ₹212, while Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds plans a ₹26.7-crore issue at ₹95-99 per share.

IC Electricals and Crazy Snacks will open their IPOs on June 25. IC Electricals, which manufactures railway electronic equipment, is looking to raise ₹47.91 crore. Bakery products maker Crazy Snacks plans to mobilise ₹31.5 crore through its issue priced at ₹39-42 per share.

Ongoing Issues And Listings

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions’ ₹883-crore IPO will remain open until June 23. By June 19, the issue had received bids for 45% of the shares on offer.

In the SME segment, Avience Biomedicals and Riyaasat Lifestyle will close their public issues on June 22. Anubhav Plast will continue accepting bids until June 23.

On the listing front, six SME companies will enter the secondary market this week. Diksha Polymers, Leapfrog Engineering Services, Liotech Industries and Clay Craft India are scheduled to debut on June 24. Avience Biomedicals and Riyaasat Lifestyle will begin trading on June 25.

With no mainboard listings lined up this week, activity will largely remain concentrated in the SME space even as fresh offerings gather pace.
