XtraNet Technologies Q1 Results

XtraNet Technologies reported consolidated profit of ₹6.04 crore for the June quarter, compared with ₹3.4 crore a year earlier. Profit increased 77.9% over the same period.

Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹50.5 crore, up 10.5% from ₹45.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company’s June-quarter numbers show that profit growth outpaced the increase in revenue during the period.

Lohia Corp Reports Higher Earnings

Lohia Corp reported consolidated profit of ₹66.3 crore for the June 2026 quarter, compared with ₹16.9 crore in the year-ago period. This marks an increase of nearly four times.

Revenue also moved higher, rising 59.5% to ₹503 crore from ₹315.4 crore a year earlier.

The Lohia Corp share price will be watched after the company posted a substantial increase in both consolidated revenue and profit for the quarter.

The XtraNet Technologies share price is also likely to remain in focus after its June-quarter profit climbed 77.9% year-on-year, while revenue recorded more moderate growth.

Three Companies To Announce Results Today

Manipal Health Enterprises is scheduled to announce its quarterly earnings today. SPEL Semiconductor and Standard Surfactants are also due to release their results for the June 2026 quarter.

The three companies are among those reporting their financial performance for the opening quarter of FY27.

June Quarter Earnings

The results from XtraNet Technologies and Lohia Corp provide the first set of June-quarter figures for the two companies.

XtraNet Technologies added ₹4.8 crore to consolidated revenue compared with the year-ago quarter, while its profit increased by ₹2.64 crore. At Lohia Corp, revenue was ₹187.6 crore higher than a year earlier, while consolidated profit increased by ₹49.4 crore.

Further quarterly results are scheduled to be released today, adding to the flow of June-quarter earnings as companies report their performance for the first three months of FY27.
