Several companies are likely to remain on investors’ radar on June 29 following key corporate announcements, regulatory updates, acquisitions, fundraising plans and block deals disclosed after market hours.

Leadership Changes And Business Updates

Kotak Mahindra Bank said Managing Director and CEO Ashok Vaswani has decided not to seek another term after his current tenure ends on December 31, 2026. The bank’s Board has started the process of identifying his successor.

Torrent Power completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares and convertible instruments of Nabha Power from L&T Power Development for ₹3,632.35 crore, making Nabha Power its wholly owned subsidiary.

Persistent Systems announced multiple developments. Its subsidiary, Galaxy Germany Holding SE, signed an agreement to acquire a 21% stake in Germany-based Nagarro SE at €81 per share. The Board also approved the proposed acquisition of Nagarro through a voluntary public takeover offer. Separately, the company secured a strategic services contract worth more than $650 million from a U.S.-based technology company.

Pharma Stocks In Focus

Aurobindo Pharma subsidiary, Auroactive Pharma, completed a US FDA inspection at its Andhra Pradesh facility with two observations.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories said the US FDA concluded a pre-license inspection at its biologics manufacturing unit in Hyderabad and issued Form 483 with seven observations.

Lupin received tentative US FDA approval for Enzalutamide tablets used in the treatment of prostate cancer. Jubilant Pharmova’s subsidiary, Jubilant Generics, secured tentative approval for Pantoprazole Sodium Delayed-Release Oral Suspension, while Alembic Pharmaceuticals obtained final US FDA approval for Oseltamivir Phosphate Oral Suspension.

Indoco Remedies also received EU GMP certification from the Malta Medicines Authority for its Goa manufacturing facility.

Infrastructure, Energy And Capital Raising

KEC International can again participate in Power Grid Corporation tenders after the exclusion order was withdrawn with effect from June 26.

Transrail Lighting secured fresh international orders worth about ₹459 crore, taking its order inflow for the financial year to ₹1,034 crore.

JSW Infrastructure raised ₹7,502.69 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement by issuing 26.32 crore shares at ₹285 each.

PTC Industries approved raising up to ₹1,800 crore through various fundraising routes, while IIFL Finance cleared plans to raise up to ₹10,000 crore and increased its borrowing limit to ₹75,000 crore.

Adani Green Energy commissioned a 150 MW solar project at Khavda in Gujarat, taking its operational renewable energy capacity to 19,985.8 MW.

Telecom And Other Key Developments

TRAI’s May subscriber data showed Bharti Airtel added 29.26 lakh wireless subscribers during the month. Reliance Jio added 21.54 lakh users, while Vodafone Idea reported a net addition of 1.21 lakh subscribers.

Adani Ports received an upgrade in its long-term issuer credit rating from S&P Global Ratings to BBB with a stable outlook. Hexaware Technologies was named an authorised reseller for Anthropic’s Claude models through Amazon Bedrock.

Bulk Deals And Listings

Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Bansal Wire Industries, Lodha Developers, Honasa Consumer and Global Health witnessed significant block deal activity involving institutional investors.

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions is scheduled for its mainboard listing, while Anubhav Plast will debut on the SME platform.

Among corporate actions, shares of Jyothy Labs, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Kalpataru Projects International and Raymond Lifestyle will trade ex-dividend on June 29. Kajaria Ceramics will trade ex-date for its buyback, while Kedia Construction Company will trade ex-date for reduction of capital.
