In November 2021, there was the redemption of Rs 17,475.99 crore from equity dedicated mutual funds.
During November 2021, we saw redemption worth Rs 17,475.99 crore from equity dedicated mutual funds compared to Rs 23,456.62 crore that we saw in October 2021. This is the second month in a row we are witnessing mutual funds lightening their position from the energy sector in particular and commodity in general. Shares from the energy sector were at the receiving end, as it was the most offloaded sector by mutual fund managers in November 2021. Out of the top ten stocks where MFs are net sellers, three are from the energy sector.
