SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited's initial public offering (IPO) closed its three-day subscription window on a strong note, reaching 2.68 times overall subscription by 5:04 PM on Day 3 (March 6, 2026). The ₹1,087.45 crore book-build issue, priced at ₹1,287–₹1,352 per share, received bids for 1,51,14,341 shares against 56,32,900 shares on offer, with total applications reaching 34,398.

The government has directed oil refiners in India to maximise the production of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) using propane and butane and ensure that the fuel is supplied only to three state-run oil marketing companies - Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), according to a government order.
