Dar Credit and Capital Ltd, an NBFC, is launching its ₹25.66 crore IPO. It provides personal loans, unsecured and secured MSME loans, mainly to low-income individuals, municipal staff, small vendors, and women entrepreneurs. As of December 31, 2024, it served 24,608 active customers through 27 branches across 64 districts in six Indian states. Its loan book includes 44.46% personal loans and 40.12% microloans, with 224 employees supporting operations.
