Shri Hare Krishna Sponge Iron Limited is set to release its IPO on June 24, 2025. Incorporated in May 2003, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Sponge Iron, an essential raw material for steel production. The company’s production facility is located in Siltara, Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and spans 13.45 acres, with an installed annual capacity of 30,000 MT.
The facility is certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, ensuring robust quality, environmental, and safety management standards. Its customer base spans Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
