Nestle India share price closed October 28 at ₹1,168, down ₹12.50 or 1.06% from the previous close of ₹1,181. The stock opened at ₹1,173, which also marked approximately the session high, before declining to ₹1,147. It recovered ₹21 from the low into the close but remained ₹5 below its opening level.

The ₹26 intraday range included a new 52-week low at approximately ₹1,147. Volume reached 1,269,377 shares. Nestle India's closing decline was therefore accompanied by a fresh annual low even though the stock recovered a sizeable part of its intraday fall before the market ended.

Nestle India's 52-week range extended from the fresh ₹1,147 low to ₹1,553. The October 28 close was only ₹21 above that lower boundary and ₹385 below the yearly high. That positioned the stock very close to the bottom of its annual range.

Returns were negative across each displayed period. The one-month return was -14.28%, the three-month figure -19.23% and the six-month result -17.59%. The one-year return was -8.96%, smaller in magnitude than each of those shorter-period declines. The contrast shows that much of the weakness captured in the displayed figures was concentrated within the more recent six-month window.
