Abbott India

Abbott India posted a strong performance with net profit rising 27.9% year-on-year to ₹367 crore. The growth was primarily driven by solid revenue momentum and enhanced operational efficiency.

Godrej Industries

On May 15, Godrej Industries Ltd reported a net profit of ₹183 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹311.8 crore in the corresponding period last year. Operational revenue rose sharply by 26.5% YoY to ₹5,779.7 crore, compared to ₹4,567.3 crore in Q4FY24.

JSW Energy

JSW Energy recorded a 16.1% increase in quarterly profit, reaching ₹408 crore compared to ₹351.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue climbed 15.7% year-on-year to ₹3,189.4 crore from ₹2,755.9 crore. Additionally, the company’s board has approved a fundraising plan of up to ₹10,000 crore, which may be executed in multiple tranches.

Bharti Airtel

Pastel, a subsidiary of Singtel, plans to divest a 0.8% stake in Bharti Airtel via a block deal. The total deal is valued at ₹8,568 crore, with a floor price set at ₹1,800 per share — representing a 3.6% discount to Airtel’s previous closing price.

PB Fintech

PB Fintech, the parent entity of Policybazaar, announced a sharp 184.1% year-on-year jump in net profit to ₹171 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, showcasing strong earnings momentum.
