IRCTC

IRCTC reported a net profit of ₹358 crore for the January–March quarter, marking a 26% increase compared to ₹284 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. Quarterly revenue rose to ₹1,269 crore, up from ₹1,152 crore year-on-year. The performance was bolstered by a one-time income of ₹45.68 crore.

Natco Pharma

Natco Pharma registered a 5% rise in net profit, reaching ₹406 crore. Revenue climbed 16% to ₹1,287.3 crore, while EBITDA came in at ₹548 crore. Despite these gains, the company’s profit margin narrowed slightly to 44.89%, compared to 46.55% in the year-ago quarter.

Deepak Nitrite

On May 28, Deepak Nitrite reported a consolidated net profit of ₹202.41 crore for the March quarter, reflecting a 20.72% year-on-year drop from ₹253.8 crore posted in the same period last year.

IndusInd Bank

SEBI has issued an ex-parte interim order against five senior officials, including the former CEO of IndusInd Bank, as part of an ongoing investigation into insider trading allegations.

Bata India

Bata India saw its net profit shrink by 27.7% to ₹46 crore for the quarter, with revenue slipping slightly to ₹788.2 crore. The company’s operating profit (EBITDA) declined by over 26% during the same period.
