Mangalam Alloys Limited, a stainless steel-based product maker, was established in 1988. The company produces SS Ingots, SS Black Bar, SS RCS, SS Bright Round Bar, Bright Hex Bar, Bright Square Bar, Angle, Patti, Forgings, and Fasteners in a variety of sizes from 3 mm to 400 mm and more than 30 worldwide grades. By melting stainless steel scrap, rolling ingots into stainless steel rounds and flats, and then using a heat treatment annealing furnace and brilliant bar machine, Mangalam Alloys creates stainless steel ingots.
The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: Working capital requirements Capital Expenditure for business expansion and research and Development General Corporate Purposes To meet issue expenses
