About the Company

Pramara Promotions Limited is a promotional marketing agency that was founded in 2006. The company is in the business of developing, conceptualizing, designing, producing, and marketing promotional products and gift items for clients in industries such as FMCG, QSR, pharma, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage companies, cosmetics, telecom, media, and others.

Objective

The company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects: 1. Funding our working capital requirements; and 2. General corporate purposes
