Coal India, Siemens, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), JK Tyre, Saatvik Green Energy, Ram Ratna Wires, Landmark Cars and Gandhar Oil Refinery India are among the stocks likely to remain in focus on Tuesday following earnings announcements, corporate updates and government stake sale plans.

Coal India OFS Opens

The Government of India will sell up to a 1% stake in Coal India through an offer-for-sale (OFS) scheduled for May 27 and May 29. The government also retains the option to sell an additional 1% stake. The floor price for the OFS has been fixed at ₹412 per share.

ONGC Reports Higher Q4 Profit

ONGC reported a 3.1% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit for the March quarter at ₹6,650 crore compared with ₹6,448.3 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations rose 2.7% to ₹35,928.2 crore from ₹34,982.2 crore earlier.

The company’s board also approved the formation of a 50:50 joint venture with Gujarat Maritime Board to develop a 5 MMTPA liquid port at Dahej in Gujarat.

Siemens Profit Declines

Siemens reported a 36.4% fall in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter at ₹370.4 crore against ₹582.5 crore a year earlier.

Revenue increased 14.6% year-on-year to ₹4,617.5 crore, while other income declined to ₹100.3 crore from ₹151.4 crore in the previous year.

JK Tyre, P&G Health Post Earnings Growth

JK Tyre and Industries posted an 80.2% rise in consolidated net profit at ₹178 crore for the March quarter compared with ₹98.8 crore a year ago. Revenue climbed 12.4% to ₹4,223.4 crore from ₹3,758.6 crore.

Procter & Gamble Health reported a 54.6% jump in quarterly profit to ₹94.6 crore, while revenue increased 19.1% to ₹3,704.5 crore.

Landmark Cars posted a more than ten-fold rise in profit to ₹15.03 crore, while Gandhar Oil Refinery India reported a 248.6% increase in quarterly profit to ₹40.7 crore.

Ram Ratna Wires also reported strong growth, with net profit rising 116.8% to ₹39 crore and revenue increasing 83.2% year-on-year to ₹1,752.9 crore.

Saatvik Green Energy Bags Solar Order

Saatvik Green Energy received an order worth ₹171.45 crore from an independent power producer and EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules.

Other Stocks In Focus

Tata Elxsi announced the launch of ViTel, a material intelligence solution for medical device manufacturers developed jointly with Viridium AI. Canara Bank said its board meeting scheduled for June 2 will consider a capital raising plan for FY27.

HG Infra Engineering was declared a qualified bidder by REC Power Development and Consultancy for the construction of substations in Uttar Pradesh under a ₹45 crore contract.

Fino Payments Bank received Reserve Bank of India approval for a three-month extension of Ketan Merchant’s tenure as interim chief executive officer effective May 27.

Telecom Subscriber Data Released

According to monthly subscriber data for April, Reliance Jio added 29.42 lakh subscribers compared with 32.27 lakh additions in March. Bharti Airtel added 31.39 lakh users during the month, while Vodafone Idea added 53,257 subscribers.
