Gensol Engineering

Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi have resigned from their roles as Managing Director and Whole-time Director, respectively, at Gensol Engineering. Their departures come nearly a month after SEBI restricted them from holding key managerial positions in the company.

Paytm

Antfin is reportedly looking to divest up to a 4% stake in Paytm through block deals. The potential transaction is estimated to be worth around ₹2,066 crore, according to media sources.

Ather Energy

Electric scooter manufacturer Ather Energy, which recently listed on the stock market, posted a narrower loss of ₹234.40 crore in the March quarter—an 18% improvement over the ₹283.30 crore loss recorded during the same period last year. The improvement was largely driven by enhanced gross margins.

Tata Steel

Tata Steel reported a sharp increase in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter, which rose to ₹1,200.88 crore—more than double the ₹554.56 crore profit from the corresponding quarter in the previous fiscal. Despite the profit surge, total income dropped to ₹56,679.11 crore, compared to ₹58,863.22 crore a year ago.

KFin Technologies

General Atlantic, through its affiliate General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte, is expected to sell up to 6.9% of its equity holding in KFin Technologies Ltd via block deals, according to reports. The U.S.-based private equity investor is looking to partially exit its stake in the financial services firm.
