IPO Synopsis
Initial Public Offering of 21,009,067* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of CSB Bank Limited (the bank or the bank or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 195 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 185 per equity share) (the offer price) aggregating to Rs. 409.68 Crores* (the offer) comprising a fresh issue of 1,230,769* equity shares by the bank aggregating to Rs. 24 Crores* (fresh issue) and an Offer for sale of 19,778,298 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 385.68 Crores* by the selling shareholders, (offer for sale). The offer will Constitute 12.11% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the bank. *subject to finalisation of basis of allotment. The face value of the equity share of Rs.10 each.
