IPO Synopsis
Public Issue of 86,57,700 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Emmbi Polyarns Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 45 per equity share (Including share premium of Rs. 35 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 38.96 crores (The Issue). Upto 50,000 equity shares will be reserved in the issue for subscription by eligible employees (The Employee Reservation Portion). The Issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue. The Issue would constitute 52.50% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company. The Net issue to public would constitute 52.20% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. Issue Price : Rs. 45 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
