IPO Synopsis
Public Issue of 9,000,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 120 per Equity Share(including a premium of Rs. 110 per Equity Share) aggregating Rs. 108 crores by Piramyd Retail Limited. This includes Promoter contribution of 4,000,000 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 120 aggregating Rs. 48 crores and the net offer to public comprises of 5,000,000 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 120 aggregating to Rs. 60 crores.
