Low Price Shares locked in Upper Circuit on March 25
Most Asian stocks traded lower on Friday. US stocks gained following rough trading on Thursday, as investors watched western leaders present a united front against Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Technology companies help elevate US stock indices after a severe drop in the previous session.
The BSE Sensex trade lower with small losses down by 107 points, trading at 57,488.08 levels. The BSE Midcap index on the contrary is trading at a level of 23,930.65 up by 55 points. Similarly, the BSE SmallCap Index is trading at 27,951.64 in green up by 58 points.
The top gaining stocks on the BSE Sensex are Reliance Industries, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel, SBI Life Insurance, Induslnd Bank, and Bajaj Finserv. The stocks on the losing side are Titan, Power Grid Corporation of India, Maruti Suzuki, ITC, Nestle India, and Larsen & Toubro.
The Nifty index is also down by 32 points in red trading at 17,190.20 levels. The Bank Nifty is also following the and has declined by merely 16 points dealing at level of 35,510.25. The stocks trading in green on nifty are Bajaj Auto, UPL, Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, SBI Life Insurance. On the flip side the losing stocks are Tata Consumers, Maruti Suzuki, Cipla, Titan, and Power Grid Corporation of India.
Most all the sectoral indices were trading in the green with BSE Energy, BSE Telecom, BSE Oil & Gas and BSE Realty were up and worst hit was BSE Consumer durables was down by 1.78%.
