One of the largest telecom companies in India launches 5G services in Jammu and Kashmir

Shares of the company are trading in the green after the company was informed about the recent development.

By introducing its 5G services in Jammu and Srinagar, Reliance Jio Infocomm, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has introduced its True 5G services in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Beginning on February 28, 2023, residents and companies in these cities will have access to the benefits of standalone, high-speed, low-latency 5G services.

At the inaugural event, it was shown how Jio True 5G would alter the way that healthcare, education, and other crucial Indian industries operate as well as the use of this immersive technology in these domains. The cutting-edge AR-VR gadget Jio Glass gave users a sneak peek at the generational improvement that would be seen in these fields.

Share price movement of Reliance Industries Limited

Scrip opened today at Rs 2,342.20 and made its day high at Rs 2,342.20. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 2,855, whereas the 52-week low was Rs 2,181. Promoters hold 50.49%, whereas institutional and non-institutional holdings are 38.9% and 10.59%, respectively. Presently, the market cap of the company is Rs 15,78,963 crore.
