BSE Midcap index is trading at 25,290, up by 0.18%. The top three gainers of the index include Bharat Electronics, Aditya Birla Financial Services, and AU Small Finance Bank. Each of these scrips was up by more than 3%. The top three stocks dragging the index include Rajesh Exports, Tata Consumer Products, and Vodafone Idea.

BSE Smallcap index is trading at 29,890, up by 0.28%. The top three gainers are Indo Rama Synthetics, Mirza International, and Affle India. Each of these stocks gained more than 16%. The top three stocks pulling the index down include Syncom Formula, MTNL, and Suzlon Energy.

On the sectoral front, surprisingly, the BSE IT, BSE Healthcare and BSE Metal indices were trading in the red today. All of them were down by almost 0.4%.
