Sunteck Realty, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and TCI Express have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.

More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium-term.  

So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.

Sunteck Realty: The stock gained about 2.74% at the end of the day. It traded flat initially but gained momentum as the day progressed. In the last 75 minutes, the stock jumped about 1% and nearly at day’s high. Moreover, above average volumes were recorded during this period. The stock has surged above its previous day’s high and is expected to be traded heavily with a positive bias.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: The stock soared about 4% on Wednesday. Interestingly, it witnessed strong buying interest at lower levels and the stock has shot up nearly 6% from its intraday low. Moreover, strong surge has been seen in the last hour when the stock gained about 1.5%, It has closed at day’s high, and it is likely to be trading positive in the coming days.

TCI Express: The stock gained about 3.76% on Wednesday. It traded flat for most par od the day but witnessed heavy buying towards the end. In the last 75 minutes, the stock surged about 2.50% and was volatile. Institutional buying was seen as most of the volume was recorded during this period About 65% of the total volume was recorded in the last 75 minutes and it is likely to be under trader’s radar.
