Trending stocks: Keep a close eye on these small-cap stocks for 24 January 2022

The following small-cap stocks have made fresh 52-week high today - Zodiac Energy, Wonder Fibromats, Jet Freight Logistics, Brand Concepts, Khaitan (India), Sejal Glass and Sharda Cropchem. 

Domestic equity markets continued in the downward trajectory for the fourth day in a row on Friday. Benchmark indices Nifty 50 and Sensex closed at 17,617.20 and 59,037.18, slipping by 0.79% and 0.72%, respectively. BSE Small-cap index corrected 600 points i.e. 1.96%, ending at 29,967.21.

The has inculcated in their business strategy and in their business model where they would support aspiring women to setup small ventures and would offer them added incentives to boost the commercial viability of the business.

These household women will be able to give support by starting their business without any capital commitment and set targets, the company is soon going to launch a very simplified feature in their B2B “POORTI” web application to support and monitor this business. As the company has already been setting up integrated facilities in Surat and Raipur which will support women in these clusters.

To quote Prem Aggarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, Garment Mantra Lifestyle, from a filing with the exchange, “As we propose to setup additional integrated facilities in another 10 to 12 towns which will support household women in these clusters. We expect to tap atleast 5,000 to 7,000 women in this initiative over the next 2 to 3 years and expect this model to grow at a significant rate and has the potential to contribute a sizeable number.” 

Palred Technologies – The company’s brand pTron which is the leading maker of affordable and high-quality digital lifestyle and audio accessories brands in India, has expanded its product portfolio for wearables with the launch of a new smartwatch pTron Force X11. pTron has sold more than 7 million units until FY21. Growing at the rate of 50% QoQ, pTron aims to sell an additional 5 million units in FY22.
