With the Indian audience becoming increasingly aware of brands and conscious about quality, Colgate Palmolive sees a huge opportunity. It plans to launch Face washes and scrubs in 3 variants viz. anti-acne, hydrating and the brightening range of face care products. The last range of brightening cleansing range will combine a distinct blend of natural ingredients and luxurious essential oils to enhance the skin care experience.

Colgate-Palmolive (India) has just launched a unique portfolio of natural Palmolive face care products. These include Palmolive face foams, face gels, Souffle Scrub and Face Masque. All these face care products will be made available by the company across its traditional and e-commerce front-end platforms effective February 2022.

These products combine natural ingredients with luxurious essential oils to provide a unique skin care experience.

The new Palmolive Face Care range brings premium yet natural face care to modern Indian woman. These include, inter alia, Hydrating, Brightening, and Anti Acne ranges. In fact, the overall product bouquet comprises earthy and mild textures, colours, and fragrances in novel formats.

The face care products will combine the right aroma and face pampering with products that are foam-based, buttery clay masque, soft souffle scrub and gel based.

Let us look at the hydrating products that will be launched under the Palmolive range by Colgate-Palmolive (India). The Hydrating product range will have a refreshing combination of the widely acclaimed natural cleanser Multani mitti which will be exquisitely blended with the aromatic lavender essential oil. This combination will not only soothe the skin but also deep cleanse and hydrate the skin.

The brightening product family of Colgate-Palmolive (India) will include an eclectic mix of Kesar (saffron) which is an anti-oxidant, and Roman chamomile essential oil. The latter is well known for its soothing qualities as well as its anti-germ properties.

The combination will help to radiate the skin and give a bright look to the face. It largely does away with the tired look that tends to envelope the face after a long hard day.

Colgate-Palmolive (India) will also launch the all-important anti-acne products basket with the portfolio including herbal mixture of tulsi leaf extracts (well-known and acknowledged for its anti-germ property) as well as lemongrass essential oil.

The latter, is incidentally better known for its deep cleansing property; which reduces acne and acne scars in oily skin. This unique range will address the youth and the adolescents in a big way.

Another interesting product to be launched, the foaming face wash, comes with indulgent whipped foam with every pump. In addition, the souffle scrub comes with a soft, fluffy face scrub with microbeads that catalyses gentle exfoliation to cleanse the skin, enhance quality and to protect the skin’s barriers.

In addition, the face masque is equipped with a creamy, buttery clay masque for glowing skin. This cools the face and also cleanses it.

With a leadership in oral care, Colgate-Palmolive (India) sees this opportunity to push its Palmolive brand in a big way. The refreshing new range reflects the company’s focus on providing answers in the lucrative skincare products business.

This will adhere to the highest quality standards with natural ingredients and innovative blends. The products across all its formats will be priced in the MRP range of Rs.299 to Rs.599, in the mid-premium segment.
