Inox Green Energy IPO, worth Rs.740 crore, consisted of a fresh issue of Rs370 crore and an offer for sale of an equivalent amount of Rs370 crore. While the fresh issue will bring in funds into the company, it will also be equity and EPS dilutive. On the other hand, the OFS is just a transfer of ownership so it is neither EPS dilutive nor equity dilutive, but also does not infuse any fresh funds into the company. The issue was overall subscribed 1.55 times, with the maximum subscription coming from the Retail segment, which got subscribed 4.70 times. While the HNI / NII segment got subscribed only to the extent of 47% of the quota, the QIB portion just about got subscribed 1.05 times. Most of the QIB subscriptions came in on the last day of the IPO, which is the norm. The price band for the IPO was Rs61 to Rs65, and looking at the response, it remains to be seen what the company eventually decides on the pricing of IPO.

The basis of allotment will be finalized late on Friday, 11th November 2022. The demat credits are expected to happen on 18th November 2022 while the listing of the stock on the NSE and the BSE will happen on 23rd November 2022.
