The Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading at 30,033 and down up by 0.34%. The top 3 gainers of the index were Dhani Services, Oil India, and Ipca Laboratories. Each of these stocks was up by more than 2%. Similarly, the top 3 stocks dragging the index include RBL Bank, Aditya Birla Financial Services, and IDFC First Bank.

The Nifty Smallcap 100 index is trading at 11,135, up by 0.28%. The top 3 gainers are Graphite India, Kalpataru Power, and HEG. Each of these scrips was up by more than 6%. The top 3 stocks dragging the index were Delta Corporation, IDFC, and GNFC.

The Nifty sectoral indices are giving mixed reactions, with Nifty Healthcare being up by 3.46%, Nifty IT being up by 1.03%. According to the Financial Stability Report (FSR) compiled by the Reserve Bank of India, bad loans of the commercial banks in India may rise between 8.1 % to 9.5% by September 2022.
