Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.49% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.50%. 

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 225 points or 0.36% at 62,190 and the Nifty trading up by 89 points or 0.50% at 18,403. About 1,952 shares have advanced, 1,375 declined, and 118 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were IndusInd Bank, Bajaj FinServ and Wipro whereas the top Sensex losers were Titan India, Larsen & Toubro and Kotak Mahindra Bank. 

The BSE Utilities Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Capital Goods Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Utilities Index soared 1.30%, led by Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission while the BSE Capital Goods Index was down 0.30% dragged down by Elgi Equipments and SKF India Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.49% and the BSE Small-cap index down 050%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Gland Pharma and Adani Power Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Arihant Superstructure Ltd and Spice Jet Ltd.
