Markets have been sliding down due to various global as well as domestic concerns but in such times MFs bets on giants like Infosys, HDFC Bank and Reliance Industries. Read on to find out more.

Nifty 50 extended its decline to close below the crucial level of 15,700 at 15,692.15 down by 39.95 points (0.25%). However, Nifty 50 futures closed near 15,700 levels. Therefore, it would be interesting to see how Nifty 50 futures behave during the weekly expiry slated tomorrow.

If it decisively closes below 15,700 levels then it is likely to touch 15,450 to 15,500 levels and can also extend the fall towards 15,000 levels. However, inflationary concerns are paramount globally which has led central banks around the world toward a rate hike.

As a result, we are facing the heat of continuous selling from the Foreign Institutional Investors (FII). But if we look at the Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) data from October 2021, when the actual decline began, then they have been net buyers.
