Bajaj Auto Ltd: On 11th June 2022, Bajaj Auto’s wholly-owned subsidiary - Chetak Technology inaugurated its electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing facility at Akurdi, Pune. Chetak Technology and its vendor partners will be investing nearly Rs 750 crore in this new electric vehicle manufacturing plant. Berger Paints Ltd: Berger paints India is aiming for a loss between Rs 75 lakh to Rs 1 crore due to an accidental fire at the factory at Howrah.
