ii) BSS સેગમેન્ટ: આ સેગમેન્ટમાં, કંપની તેની પેટાકંપની, મેટ્રિક્સ દ્વારા ઑડિટ અને એશ્યોરન્સ સેવાઓ પ્રદાન કરે છે. વધુમાં, UDS તેની પેટાકંપનીઓ દ્વારા કર્મચારી પૃષ્ઠભૂમિની ચકાસણી, એરપોર્ટ ગ્રાઉન્ડ હેન્ડલિંગ, સેલ્સ ઍનેબલમેન્ટ અને અન્ય સેવાઓ પ્રદાન કરે છે.

જૂન 30, 2023 સુધી, અપડેટર સર્વિસે પ્રોક્ટર એન્ડ ગેમ્બલ હોમ પ્રોડક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ (પી એન્ડ જી), આદિત્ય બિરલા ફેશન અને રિટેલ લિમિટેડ (એબીએફઆરએલ), માઇક્રોસોફ્ટ, હ્યુન્ડાઇ મોટર ઇન્ડિયા લિમિટેડ (હ્યુન્ડાઇ), સેન્ટ-ગોબેન ઇન્ડિયા પ્રાઇવેટ લિમિટેડ જેવા વૈશ્વિક અને ભારતીય ગ્રાહકો સહિત વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં કુલ 2,797 ગ્રાહકોને સેવા આપી છે.

અપડેટર સર્વિસિસ લિમિટેડ પાસે 4,331 સ્થાનો (સ્ટાફિંગ સાઇટ્સ સિવાય) ધરાવતા વ્યાપક નેટવર્ક સાથે સંપૂર્ણ ભારતમાં હાજરી છે, જે હાજરીના 129 પૉઇન્ટથી સંચાલિત થાય છે. આ નેટવર્ક ભારતમાં 116 ઑફિસ અને જૂન 30, 2023 સુધી વિદેશમાં સ્થિત અતિરિક્ત 13 ઑફિસ દ્વારા સમર્થિત છે.
