IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 23,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 36/- per equity share, including a premuim of Rs 26/- per equity share (the issue price), aggregating Rs. 8.55 Crores (the issue), of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- for cash at a price of Rs. 36/- each aggregating to 0.45 Crores Will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 22,50,000 equity shares of face Value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 36/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 8.10 Crores is Hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.48% and 25.08%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price Rs 36 is 3.60 times of the face value of the Equity shares.
