Public issue of 41,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at an issue price of Rs.100/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.41.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the issue). The issue comprises 2,05,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs.2.05 Crores reserved for employees of the company and net issue to public of 38,95,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs.38.95 Crores.
