Public issue of 6410257 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.39 per Equity share for cash aggregating Rs.25.00 Crores (Hereinafter referred to asthe Issue), including employee reservation of 641026 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.39 per Equity Share for cash aggregating Rs.2.50 Crores (Hereinafter referred to asthe Employee Reservation Portion). The issue less the employee reservation protion shall be hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue will constitute 44.04% of the post issue paid-up Capital of the company.
