Initial public offering consisting of a fresh issue of 12,618,297 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Quess Corp Ltd (company or issuer) for cash at price of Rs. 317 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 307 per equity share) (Issue price) aggregating to Rs. 400.00 crores (issue).
