Public issue of 37,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each issued at a price of Rs.160/- per share for cash at a premium aggregating to Rs.59.65 Crores (the issue), including promoters contribution of 4,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.160/- for cash at a premium aggregating to Rs.6.85 Crores and net issue to public of 33,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.160/- at a premium agreegating to Rs.52.80 Crores (herein after referred to as the net issue to the public) the issue would constitute 32.90% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
