Public issue of 6,889,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 875/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 865/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 602.79 crores (the Issue). The issue would constitute 10% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
