IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 2,50,87,097 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (Equity Shares) of Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.(*) per Equity share aggregating Rs.(*) Crores (The Issue). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 2,45,87,097 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (The Net Issue) and a reservation of Upto 5,00,000 Equity shares for subsription by Eligible Employees (as Defined Herein) (The Employee Reservation Portion). The issue will constitute 24.06% of the post-issue paid up Equity Share Capital of the company. Price Band Rs.225/- to Rs.260/- per Equity share of face of Rs.10/- The face value of Equity Shares is Rs.10/- and the floor price is 22.5 times of the face value and the cap price 26 times of the face value.
