IPO Synopsis
Public Issue of 47,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 315 for cash aggregating Rs. 148.05 crores(hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The Issue would constitute 26.44 % of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the Company. Employee Reservation 1,88,000 Equity shares.
