IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 45,22,435 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.190 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.180 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.85.93 Crores, (hereinafter referred to as the issue), by Allied Digital Services Limited (the company, or the issuer). The issue comprises a reservation for employees of up to 2,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.3.80 Crores (theemployee reservation portion) and the net issue to the public consists of 43,22,435 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating Rs.82.12 Crores (net issue to public). The issue would constitute 25% of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company. Issue price Rs. 190 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The Issue price is 19 times of the face value.
