IPO Synopsis

Public Issue of 68,72,852 Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each at a price of Rs 220 per Equity Share (Including a Premium of Rs 210 per Equity Share) for Non-Institutional and QIB Bidders and Rs 215 per Equity Share (including a Premium of Rs 205 per Equity Share) for Retail Individual Bidders Aggregating upto Rs 150.00 crores(The issue), by Aqua Logistics Ltd (the company or the issuer). The issue will constitute 33.53% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The net issue of public will constitute 33.53% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs 220 per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs 10 each. A discount of Rs 5 to the Issue Price per Equity Share determined pursuant to completion of the Book Building Process has been offered to Retail Individual Bidder (the Retail Discount) on allotment only. The Issue Price is 22 times of the face value.
