IPO Synopsis

Issue of 69,55,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 50/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 34.78 crores (Hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The issue comprises promoters contribution of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 50 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 5.00 crores (Hereinafter referred to as Promoters contribution) and net issue to the public (hereinafter referred to as The Net Issue or Net Issue to the Public) of 59,55,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 29.78 crores.
