IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 42,44,810 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 25/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.14.86 Crores including promoter contribution of 12,44,810 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs.25/- per equity share aggregating to Rs 4.36 Crores and a net issue to the public of 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 /-each for cash at a premium of Rs.25/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.10.50.00 Crores. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10/- per equity share and the issue price of Rs.35/- per equity share is 3.5 times of the face value. The net issue would constitute 25% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of Circuit systems (india) limited.
