IPO Synopsis

Public offer of 46,08,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each (equity shares) of Diksat Transworld Ltd (DTL or the company) for cast at a price of Rs 40 per share (the offer price) aggregating to Rs 18.43 crores (the offer) through an offer sale by the selling shareholders aggregating to Rs 18.43 crores (offer foe sale), of which 2,40,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each will be reserved for subscribtion by the market makers to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer 43,68,000 equity share of Rs.10 each is hereinafter referred to as the net offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.77% and 25.38% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. Offer Price: Rs.40 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each. The Offer price is 4.0 times of the face value.
