IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 44,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (equity shares) of Diksha Greens Ltd (the companyor the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.30/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs.20/- per equity share (the issue Price), aggregating to Rs.13.32 Crores (the issue), of which 2,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a Price of Rs.30/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 0.67 Crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the Issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e., Issue of 42,16,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each cash at a price of Rs.30/- per equity share, aggregating Rs.12.65 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 45.00% and 42.73% respectively of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs.10/- each and the issue price is Rs. 30/- i.e. 3 times of the face value of the equity shares
