IPO Synopsis

Initial public offering of up to 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (the equity shares)of Dinesh Engineers Limited (the Company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.(*) per equity share (including share premium of Rs.(*)per equity share) (the issue price), Aggregating up to Rs.(*) Crores (the issue). The issue would constitute (*)% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital and the net issue To the public would constitue (*)% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital. Price Band: Rs.183 to Rs.185 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each. The floor price is 18.30 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 18.50 times the face value of the equity share.
