EKI Energy Services Ltd IPO

IPO Synopsis

Initial public offer of 18,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of EKI Energy Services Limited (company or issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 102 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 92 per equity share) Aggregating to Rs. 18.60 Crores (the issue). The issue includes a reservation of 96,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 102/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.98 Crores reserved for subscription by the Market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 17,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 102/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 17.63 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.53% and 25.14% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company.
