IPO Synopsis
Initial Public Offer of 88,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Euro Multivision Limited (EML or Our Company) at a price of Rs. 75/- per Equity Share for cash aggregating Rs. 66.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The Issue comprises of Employee reservation upto 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 75/- per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs. 1.50 crores (hereinafter referred to as the Employee Reservation Portion) and the net issue to the public of 86,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue To The Public). The issue will constitute 36.97 % of the post issue paid up capital of the company. The net issue to the public will constitute 36.13 % of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the Company.
