IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 55,00,000 equity shares of rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.125/- per Equity share aggregating to Rs.68.75 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the issue), comprising of employee reservation of 1,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.125/- per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs.1.25 Crores (herein after referred to as the employee reservation portion. The net issue to the public is of 54,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.125/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.67.50 Crores.
