IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 45,996,439 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Fortis Healthcare Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.108/- per equity share aggregating Rs.496.76 Crores (the issue). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 45,753,963 equity shares (The Net Issue) and a firm allotment of 242,476 equity shares to the eligible employees of the company (firm allotment portion). The net issue will constitute 20.19% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
