IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 71,58,392 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited (Gokul or our company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.195/- per equity share [including a share premium of Rs.185/- per equity share] aggregating to Rs.139.59 Crores (the issue). The issue comprises a reservation of upto 75,000 equity shares for subscription by eligible employees (as defined herein) (the Employee reservation portion) and a net issue to the pubic of 70,83,392 equity shares (the net issue to the public). The net issue to the public will constitute 26.85% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of our company. The issue will constitute 27.14% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up Capital of our company. Issue Price is Rs.195/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each.
